To help us apply your payment correctly, always include your Wippy ID or your full name with vehicle details where requested.
Email Money Transfer
- Send an email money transfer to [email protected]
- In the memo section, include your Wippy ID or your full name with vehicle
- No password is required
Bank Account (Existing customers)
Current customers only.
- Log in to your Wippy profile to confirm your bank account: app.wippy.com/customer/sign-in
- Scroll to the Banking Information section and expand it
- Review the account on file or add a new payment method
- Submit your payment request here: Request to Process a Payment
Credit Card / Debit Credit Card
- Pay online here: Credit Card Payment Link
- A 2.4% processing fee applies to all credit card payments
- Complete the authorization form: Credit Card Authorization Form
- Return the form with valid photo ID and the front and back of the credit card
Payments will not be applied to your account unless the authorization form is submitted with the required documents.
Cheque
- Make cheques payable to: Wippy
- Mail or courier to: Wippy, 3-1136 Centre St., Suite 427, Thornhill, ON L4J 3M8
- Write your Wippy ID or VIN in the memo section of the cheque
