Import Fest 2024 Ticket Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and agents of Wippy Pay and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The giveaway period begins on June 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on June 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

To enter the giveaway, participants must use Wippy Pay for any transaction during the giveaway period.
Each transaction made with Wippy Pay counts as one (1) entry. Limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire giveaway period.

The prize consists of two (2) tickets to Import Fest, a car show in Toronto, taking place in July 2024.
The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 1, 2024.
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of their Wippy Pay transaction.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, they forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Wippy Pay reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Wippy Pay’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Wippy Pay in its sole discretion.
Wippy Pay reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in a disruptive manner.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Wippy Pay reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Wippy Pay, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
